Mediwatch - takeoff imminent??

Evening all.
Ditto (a) Happy Crimbo (b) HNY and (c) nursing a hangover. Well actually the latter is not entirely true since I have picked up some thoroughly miserable gut-rot virus from somewhere. Camped out by the Kharzi yesterday and sent home by Occy Health today. Mind you - that's the only useful thing they have done.

Hi Elf - sorry - sadly not - resected with the bog standard DGH Early 19th Century pedal operated Olympus resectoscope and glycine. It was in a museum until it was (er...) acquired by **** (ahem) Hospital. No I jest - it can't be a day older than mid 1970's. He did go home after 2 days too.
To continue in a similar vein - I removed possibly the largest testicular tumour I have seen from a young man this morning. About the size of a large cooking onion. Had to pull like hell to get the damn thing out.

At the moment no moola after making the great mistake of going to Oxford Street yesterday (after dosing up on immodium). Willydoc's hot tip is go on the first day of the sales in the late afternoon. All the career shoppers are shopped out and heading off home. Most of the ranges haven't sold out by then, and hte shops are open until 9ish usually. I did very well.
Similarly hoping for great things for MDW this year. I assume that the deal with MDT will prove enough to substantially jack up their income so cash calls are not likely for the foreseeable future. I would imagine that the figures will also include some foreward looking statements about the PSA sticks and possibly also new antigens as we have discussed in the past. There is a Fan-diddly-tastically huge market here waiting to be exploited - and the financial market is more or less oblivious to this at the moment. It seems to me that hte SP reflects the Multiscanner deal, but doesn't really have anything for the PSA sticks built in.
When they do announce news...... Ker-CHING!!!
