I think you didn't look before you leapt on this one. Sativex still has a long way to go before the powers that be allow it (I think you will find no-one has permanently approved it yet, Canada has granted approval subject to further trials and studies, Catalonia for compassionate access). The second study is due to report results Spring 2006, so even if approval granted it won't be until the late Summer 2006. Have a look at the share price gyrations and newsflow at the time. It may be worth holding but I believe you have just bought in at the ceiling of the SP until Approval comes, be prepared for more drops in the price (the inquest as you say should not really have much effect both UK and Canadian authorities knew of the death and have no problem with safety issues) but the MMs, Media and traders have had a field day and that will not be the last of it.
I think you underestimate the anti-cannabis crusade that GWP are up against- so beware and be aware.
