mackay - senior 3i partner, head of healthcare at 3i.
Mackay as director should open quite a few doors. I spoke to spicer and I think he knows what he does and my only issue is that it is taking a bit longer than expected.
I think we should actually trade at premium and my fair value for this stock at the moment is 5p =2.5p+(50% of 3p)+1p premium. If they manage to pull some exciting deals I can easily see the fair value doubling as going from private to public normally doubles valuation ( pe of 10 is normal for private companies where pe of 20ish one would apply to public companies with good growth potential
