I believe the admin costs are for the whole year and include costs associated with the Disposal of the assets MDY had left. So are therefore not a true reflection of the costs associated with MDY in its present form. To get an accurate idea of the costs we will have to wait another 6 months for the next set of interim results.

Looking at the current assets that MDY has (mainly cash), number of shares on issue and the current share price. The share price seems to reflect almost exactly the true value of the company i.e. 2.5 pence per share.
