This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiffs’ Roche Diagnostics Corporation, Roche Diagnostics Operations, Inc., and Corange International, Ltd. (collectively, “Roche”) Corrected Motion for Extension of Certain Pretrial Deadlines. The Court, having reviewed the Motion and being otherwise duly informed in the premises, hereby
ORDERS that Plaintiffs’ Motion is GRANTED. Plaintiffs’ shall have to and including January 6, 2006, to file their final infringement contentions, and to and including January 13, 2006 to file their final witness and exhibit lists.
