Maybe the city values MLS's current core business at zero based on the fact that without having to spend a great deal of that £15m cash on investment, future growth in the core business will be as good as nil.
Note - Not a single new contract awarded to MLS in 10 (yes TEN) months now so not much chance of MLS having had a bumper year is there. Where exactly is the growth coming from now eh??
