this is the crucial sentence. The price moved today, so the deal was price sensitive.
No excuses - bang out of line. not good. this deal would have been agreed in principle for a few weeks - once deals are agreed like this, you're in a close period.
Canaccord need to explain themselves. I also note there is only one non-exec, who is about 35 - not much of a force against a brother combination where one is executive chairman, and the other is chief exec.
