I agree with your statement above. With only 1M shares warrant involve at 6p each as an incentive for Stephen Hewitt... I think it is not considered significant. Therefore, close period could not be applicable.

Likewise, I agree with your statement the deal is good - but I consider it as a defensive move for next year - so no big deal at all indeed.

I will repeat my statement - The Drummonds need to get rid of their gambling business... This will surely help the SP to go up!
