How can a shell with a few quid be worth circa £15mln?
It's absolute madness IMHO!
The only sensible reason for the rise that I can think of is that this is being prepared for the new stock to be "boiler roomed". i.e. get the sp up to a ridiculous figure and then the offshore boys start phoning around to sell stock "at a discount" to a very inflated market sp. Sometimes the stocks even get suspended "pending RTO discussions" whilst the cold calling and selling goes on...
Well done to those holding from the lows but can anyone seriously say that the current sp isn't totally ridiculous?
