Wassapper, if you thought the EME board was quiet, you should look at some of the dull and boring ones covering some of the unfashionable footsie midcaps. Look at Hammerson for example (HMSO). Three posts in two years, and two of them are mine! Yet there is nothing wrong with the company, and I've had it in an ISA for years, steadily growing in value in an unspectacular way, as well as paying a divi. There are plenty of other similar examples of good companies that are virtually ignored by the BB fraternity sadly, though this is better than constant flow of tripe and inane abuse that is posted on some boards. Have a look at MDY for a typical case in point. I hope this MXP board does not eventually succumb to being trashed. Much depends on keeping a core holding of knowledgeable and open-minded posters, as opposed to get rich quick merchants who neither know nor care about what makes a company tick.
