This may sound incredulous but I hear that they wanted to get a sensible (size) placement away at about the £1 level rather than 2 or 3 times higher. Admittedly more dilution but the company wanted to play fair with the Institutions at this time. I truly believe that the basic fundamentals would have seen the SP anywhere up to £3 in the short term with near term developments when they had sufficient funding to accomplish same. Now, they have much more flexibility and above all have carried the Institutions along with developments..the pace should quicken, and they have secured the goodwill of those Institutions for future needs IMHO/DYOR
