Disclosure of interest in shares
pursuant to Sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985
& Section 9.11 of the Listing Rules
On 27 December 2001, Matalan received notification from Morgan Stanley
Securities Limited ("MMSL") that on 21 December 2001 MMSL disposed of its
interest in some shares of Matalan as result of which it no longer has a
notifiable interest in Matalan shares.
Thank god thats over now we see some takers .Plus a sharp rise as deserved
