The Company has today been informed that on 16 December 2005, following the
release of the Company's interim results, Jeff McManus purchased 137,172 shares
at 7.25p per share, representing 0.96 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital taking his total holding in the Company to 485,414 shares, representing
3.4 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
