GT has replied to my email and stated a meeting with their advisors was in motion and a statement would be made after therefore I believe it will be sooner than later. As far as 12p is concerned, if the fundies and future position does not change of course I would be bullish, but make no mistake if I believed this company is floundering I would be gone. Not happy with price, but happy with company progress and earnings so holding and adding within the next 7 days. Thorn in the side is Boateng, once this is removed up we go imho.
