Make Sure You *TRACK* This Winner ;-'

I have been and am still looking at buying TFC and also am a shareholder in the PDT-Prelude Investment Trust which basically invests in tech unlisted companies.

Their biggest shareholing is in a company called Cambridge Positioning Systems(CPS)which to quote their blurb is

To my untutored eye this looks like a strong ptential threat to TFC.
anyone have any comments?
