HANGZHOU Dec. 30 (Xinhuanet) -- Container handling capacity of Ningbo, one of China's three leading coastal ports, exceeded 4 million TEU (twenty foot equivalent unit) in the first 11 months of this year, a year-on-year growth of 44.5 percent.
Situated in Ningbo, a city in east China's Zhejiang Province, the port has ranked first among ports on the Chinese mainland in terms of their growth rate for container handling capacity for sixyears in a row, city government officials said.
