As you say, each to their own.
It's difficult to compare a £2m mkt cap company with a £140 market cap, as the latter will be on the radar of investors who wouldnt touch the former. The price moves tend to be very different. On balance I'm happier for the moment in AKT because I see it as offering nice upside potential in short/medium term whilst being easier to get away from. The problem with an illiquid stock like MLR is getting locked into a prolonged dowanrds drift, as it seems in the middle of right now. The good side, is that when it turns it could move up explosively.
