Agree with you guys on law and order, this country is going down hill very rapidly mostly due imo by the increasing mass of do goody city pen pushing liberal folk who live in ivory towers.
Its about time we started chopping off hands for theft like in the Middle East three convictions in a row and its off with your hand.
The trouble is we are more likely to be prosecuted for putting the wrong type of rubbish in the waste bin. Throwing the odd chip to the seagulls will be a thing of the past because if it falls to the ground and you are caught on cctv its called littering.
Interestingly a recent report in our local rag showed a number of councilors and civil officers starting a duck race by tipping hundreds of plastics duck off a bridge? Surely tipping boxes of yellow plastic into the river is littering and illegal!
