I've often thought the sight of neighbourhood chavs in the town "stocks", near a small stall selling eggs, flour and (for a small extra charge) bricks - would work wonders.
This is my problem - I'll plead mercy for an international mass murderer - but if I find one more scrawny ned in a burberry cap hanging round near my car I'll string them up myself, and there'll be no time allowed to share a quick joke with the executioner, as permitted for Saddam's New Year treat.
Not easy being a liberal y'know.
Talking of stocks, what you upto today - dabbling? Or watching? My L2 watching program seems spotted RPL's rise just now - wonder if I should back it up with some dosh.
