Agreed jonno, I've been saying for some time that our housing market is grossly over inflated. Everything is cyclical, but the further it goes, the bigger the mess when it finally bursts. Been tempted myself to buy in florida, but mrs grach wont have any of it and since we've had kids, she holds the whip hand. TPK comong back down from its spike, but I've been nervous short on this one for a couple of months. Having said that, made a lot on this one over the past 6 months so I might take a pre xmas loss at 1900 if it gets there.
