Re DGO, Olmert - have a look at this , (relevant quote is on a recent post on the DGO thread if it won't download) and then read recent RNSs re drilling campaign. NB they export their oil thru Iran at the moment - which could be one of the reasons the price has been kept down - then again the sabre rattling twds that country may die down a lot after the Baker report.
