This might be a good shell for Greg after the sale of their business. Can he repeat the Tomkins success story again? Probably not, but then again.... Those that invested in the original Tomkins shell 20 years ago made a great deal. Something like a 100 fold increase from memory. Any views?
I thought he was very roughly treated at Tomkins, particularly given the new CEO earns more than he did.
