LOQ.....Hi-tech Queue eliminator
egoi - Thu, 14 Dec 06 :
Glenn i accept most of what you say but i think the sale is of some significance.
Six Parks banking covenants are stretched to the limit imho, as one analyst indicated in their question and the response if anything reinforced.
Let's say, for sake of argument, the sale did not happen and for whatever reason the new family initiatives failed to bring in the expected revenues, then the banks pulled the plug on Six parks; at that point lo-Q is holed below the waterline, possibly fatally, even if they win three contracts elsewhere.
Before I get accused of deramping (again, lol) I do NOT expect that to happen; but it is a worst case scenario that at this stage should, imho, not be completely discounted, even if it is only a tiny chance.
If i heard of the Six Parks sale, which should be imminent, we can safely then discount such an outcome and infact then the future would look quite rosy for Lo-Q.
The best case has been fairly presented by Glenn, i don't need to repeat it (has been said plenty times in this thread) but i don't hear you accuse him of ramping (and i don't remotely suggest that either)..
Infact if they complete the sale successfully I actually think Six Parks itself becomes an interesting play.
My posts including this one are balanced; I think you don't care to listen to both sides of the case supernumerary, while I am trying very hard to be fair.
I hope you make money out of Lo-Q, and all your investments supernumerary, but your best chance of doing so will be to take a balanced view rather than trying to blot out anything that might be construed as negative.
