Lrr - that is the only conclusion a sensible person could draw. It sounds like a natural progression to build upward to cater for power users. Having mastered the difficult part of forging a basic efficient design that is easy to use, easy to extend, and works for the weakest links in the chain, the rest should technically be plain sailing. Avid could ofcourse fork out the money to buy into Forbidden's technology (it won't be cheap given the potential). All involved have worked very hard, and to just to give the rewards away to somebody else, it doesn't sound fair. Things are just too exciting to continue typing!
