I think because there are very few followers and the results were resaonable, but rating can't really be assessed that easily. Current bad market for small stocks, especially those with 'unknown' figures. I didn't buy on the back of figures, but mainly on the basis of what appears to be potential and a defendable position in the market. Also the sp is clearly not at the top (may not be bottom either !). But you can do some calcs. on the basis of what would happen if... using turnover and possible profits and the no. of shares in issue.
