"Chinese banks have huge bad debts which the Government wants cleared up, so it won't allow loans to small businesses," says Patrick Armstrong, co-head of Insight Multi-manager. "This makes foreign investors attractive. For example, London Asia is paying four or five times the earnings for companies growing at the rate of 30-40% per year.""
