...Sounds like the management are indicating they are as much in the dark as the shareholders....and are awaiting the outcome of their CONTINOUS ongoing negotiations with the banks......are they setting the final scene ????

As for suing...they will just blame the difficult market conditions blah blah blah......and feign shock at the banks decision.... if it is negative....citing their own personal losses....

Delayed results...finance issues....in my experience mean one thing......they cannot get the accounts signed off as a going concern....any potential bidder will just bide their time if interested......for a rock bottom price....IMHO
