abdulla - Tel2 are going to be offering cheapest services and if they don't succeed they will go bankrupt, its a risk THUS has taken where they will have to issue a profit warning if Tel2 goes under and are not able to pay THUS ,i hope this does'nt happen but the big investors out there could be thinking on these lines hence the shares going down on a daily basis!IMO
THIS IS NEWS!!! Do you know something we don’t???
My info is that Tele2 are making significant inroads in every territory in which they operate .
They are an extremely well funded private company owned & controlled by Investor AB which in turn is pretty much controlled by the Wallenberg Family. (If you don’t know, they are the pre-eminent family in Sweden’s business world). Their main competition (if you can call it that) is Warren Buffet's Berkshire Hathaway!!!!
take a look!!
Who in fact told you that Tele2’s financial viability depends on the success of the UK venture??
Besides it is normal practice these days in the Telecom’s industry that suppliers take some form of security against late payment & default. Are you sure that THUS have not done so on this occasion???
If you know different Abdulla, please give your source.
I think it would be very irresponsible if you were just surmising the above scenario without any facts to back it up.
