RBonnier, nothing wrong with an all paper deal. I have indicated in the past that I see an all paper deal too (but mostly from the big players wanting to expand in Europe). But I do not see a paper deal coming from EOL or SBT. But I may be wrong.

Shaun, if you read my post you will see that I DID SAY EOL or SBT were more likely than PRTY (It appears you concur). I would not rule out William Hill wanting to expand in Europe too. Do you know how recently partybets was launched? -- See Below. PRTY has every intention to expand (many of them do). So why rule it out????

RBonier, I do not see a takeover price as little as the one you have suggested. Paper deal or Cash.

PartyGaming said it does not plan any changes to the strong Gamebookers brand acquired yesterday. However, Gamebookers will be integrated into the PartyGaming platform under a name with a "Party" prefix. "I can't say the new name, but obviously it'll have the word Party at the front," said a spokesman for PartyGaming.

A source close to the world's largest online gaming group said the Gamebookers acquisition might not be PartyGaming's last. Chief Executive Mitch Garber highlighted last week that the company was working on a number of initiatives in western and central Europe as well as Asia, one area where the group is anxious to expand.
