Legacy Distribution::::: Candy Truckers

I sent them a letter early oct asking them to send me my certficate to me and close my account fed up of them hard selling and they even tried advising me to sell my shares in my self select isa so i could by more of thier shit.
They then phoned me and said your a good lad we'll keep up to date with new recommandations and closing your account is not a good move then hung up.
I've e-mailed them and they won't reply so i just hope the fsa can do something on my behalf.
Has anyone on here tried using the fsa before i just hope they get loads of letters from fed up pc account holders.
