Bridggar - those points are pretty unsubstantiated. They were selling exclusively in China and now they're getting sales teams abroad too. Plus they've won the contract for a whole city, so more cities .. or dare we say .. the Olympics is hardly out of reach. The Directors between them worked for the largest advertising companies out there, so the rental division has a ready contact list. Peter Chau was the founder of Publicis I believe. Either way, they can ramp up turnover at ease.
Coupled with that, massive commoditized needs (like the US replacing all its lights with LED's by 2015) will help their export situation. Margin matters if your sales are growing slowly or are standing static. In this case, sales are exploding. Due to sheer weight of numbers, margins are not even a factor.
Their core business is in China, where cheap people, high demand and low supply are commonplace. Will keep eyes and minds open as you say though, we don't know for sure until it's verified in black and white.
