I actually said (post #1191) "If they are really going to expand output then they will need further capital so this is a distinct possibility during 2007". Since you clearly have great difficulty in comprehending even basic English this means that I think there could be a further placing during 2007 - that is over the next 12 months.....duh !

I would also refer you to post #1204 from mr.oz above. He has read the AD and is therefore in a position to express a qualified and intellegent view. You, on the other hand, almost certainly lack the intellect to read, let alone understand, this document !
