Odds on you are a deramper IMHO.Why do people like you think those that have invested in a potential gold mine don't know what they are doing?Someone like you pops up on every thread,only the name changes.If PIs had listened to you over at SOLA they would have missed out on a 5 fold increase.Enough said.I am not really interested if you are cautious or not.I tend to invest my money on what I THINK,not some pompous know it all on a BB.
If LED had needed money don't you think they would have raised it at the flotation?Why do you think they didn't?They didn't need money and they wanted to keep control of their precious fast growing company.

I am sorry but trying to start rumours of a placing 12 weeks after flotation means you have no credibility in my eyes.
