Couldn't agree more alastairtodd - mindless ramping of any share is both pointless and ridiculous and just demeans the poster and dilutes the quality of the thread.
I took an initial position before Christmas at 14.2p and am looking to add in due course. The recent rise was too much too soon and I'm not surprised that it came off its highs today as short term traders took their profits and moved on.
This company has great potential but it needs to develop a bit of a track record to achieve a sustained rise in the SP. The small float is likely to keep it volatile and attract short term traders. Somebody said that those who wait will pay more - sometimes very true - but the corollary to that is those who jump in to heavily to soon can easily get burned.
Could see some more big price spikes next week if this share is tipped by any of the weekend newspapers for 2007.
One of the issues here that could negatively impact the sp is a further placing since they only raised £500K first time round at 10p and it must be tempting to go again after the price has doubled. If they are really going to expand output then they will need further capital so this is a distinct possibility during 2007.
I think that we are likely to see a further placing long before we get anywhere near to 50p !
