Have a look at the value/EPS for last year. That alone justifies excellent value ... forgetting about any double or triple digit growth. Or the fact that they won a contract for a town/city. Demand for LED's is about to begin an exponential growth phase. And LED is sitting at the forefront of commoditising these products, in an economy where labour, taxes, etc are the cheapest anywhere.
Plus only 5 million shares exist on AIM. MM's are playing games to shake out weak holders. Directors and other holders are locked in to their holdings.
It's worth repeating that this company is rich enough not to want funds - why would they raise just £500k? It appears their listing was simply to get an "international profile" plus establish sales forces in the US/UK to expand their business - which is based entirely in China atm.
