This is IMO a confirmation that the BSNL sub contracting by Ericsson and Nokia is now done and dusted pending the HC ruling of award by BSNL.

One major requirement is, ahead of contract signing by Ericsson and Nokia for large deals, that the company must have in place a very strong balance sheet. The fact they have now completed this stage a few weeks ahead of the 15th Jan, means to me that those big deals will follow on very quickly once the court clears the award to Ericsson and Nokia on the 15th January all being well.
