You should not miss the point - for Leadcom to now be able to use bonds, they are no a much bigger company in terms of reputation and rating !!


You question why they needs these funds, well what does it tell you ? It tells me first up that they are obviously now well in to working out requirements for the Reliance tender, and also that perhaps there is something else gone on ? Maybe we are going to get new contract news soon, and not BSNL, a little something before that perhaps ? This is what it tells me, it tells me they are getting more and more orders and work.
