Some good comments and its right to raise these questions. However, until we know otherwise we need to assume that they acting in shareholders interests.

From my point of view its positive. A placing would make no sense - how can you raise funds for a contract that is subjudice in court and maintain credibility with the institutions? you can't, and so there's no placing.

Now raisng cash via a bond is a clever way to fund expansion. Look at the CV of our Chairman and non-exec director. I think he know what he's doing and his team all Israeli 40-something wiz's. Another point is the Unterberg's largest office is in Israel, so they may well have played a part. I suspect they are closer to the action than Altium.
