So CHNS smells...
Looks like LEAD smells. Why has a quarter of the company been sold and bought? Why do they need more funds when things are going so well and they just had a placing?
Why have a bond issue in a part of the world where bonds are not that popular and London is the biggest bond market?

I contacted LEAD last week and expressed some of these concerns only to have different questions answered. I got the party line "trading doing well per our statement".
