I have mixed feelings about this.Firstly i don`t think the company has been entirely open by denying a placing AND saying no more funds are requred when they obviously are(first chink in LEADCOM`s armour as far as i`m concerned).
On the other hand with a second even larger tender to take place it looks highly likely that the company will gain a significant volume of work and, i assume with the fundraising,the company thinks so too.
PP-there is NO guarentee of $180 worth of work in 2007 although,of course it is highly likely.
