Was perturbed at first read of that, but on further thought this has got to be bullish - the company clearly need the dough for something and I don't expect it to be for paying the salaries. More like a major pitch is underway. Why not raise it in the UK? Because AIM is a dirty word at the moment, tarring good and bad companies equally - I imagine they thought about raising the dough here with a share issue for about, oooh, three microseconds and then thought, nahhhh. "Straight" bonds would of course be best.

Question remains why the selling, but then again why the buying? Today when we've finally found out something, the sp has gone up 10% on something like 10m buys - and I sincerely doubt we were the first to know.

Maybe they'll try a drop in the morning if there's no RNS - who knows, it will be a shake if they do, IMO - keep a firm grip.
