NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the 2005 ANNUAL
GENERAL MEETING of the Company will be held at Home House, 20 Portman Square, W1H 6LW on 24 January 2006 at 11:00 am

I don't think I'll be able to make it due to other committments but I suspect there will be one or two people I respect toddling along who will no doubt report back.

I hope we should have news prior to the AGM from Filipina Grande at least judging by the Dec 5th RNS (my capitals)

"Current drill program
Latitude is currently mid way through a 6,000 metre drill program at its Filipina Grande IOCG project, also located in the Chilean Coastal range. The first batch of diamond drill core has been sent to the ALS Chemex assay labs in Santiago and INITIAL RESULTS are due back by the END OF DECEMBER. The Company is pleased with progress made on the drill program to date and results will be released to market AS SOON AS THEY ARE AVAILABLE."
