Only the ones defrauded can possibly have a claim ..DB Associates have no shares so need to bring the Holders under the umbrella of the SoA in order to take action .Without your help he would have no claim or bonus for that matter..but imho the SoA was an extremely unfair document giving all proceeds to the gravy train and not the shareholders and also signing away any rights you may nave had to bring anyone connected with Langbar to task
