As I have said and others have too, you are 'Scheme Creditors, not direct creditors to the Company as Jones Day, DB Consultancy and ouselves would be. If you are considered to be actual creditors, it would be in line with the stipulations laid out in the SOA, rather than for the amount you paid for your shares.
