In that case if you missed the vote you have been added to the Company Scheme of Arrangement .Most holders are in this Scheme but 132 holders have decided not to join by returning Form N.The writ in the header applies to the 132 Representative Action holders only .
You will have to take your chances with David Buchler and the Gravy Train of accountants lawyers etc who all want a slice of the £34.5m pie.
