tburns the point about the offer was completley true there is no embelishment on my part so if you could like'en it to the soa final value then it follows that the ra value could be considered to be the same, if that is the case then your costs will not be reimbursed and you could find yourself paying for the defence as well. I also hope that db is able to claim most if not all of rybaks assets + whatever else he has (as he previously stated)got his eye on ie advisers and the like , they are the one's that will be hopeing to make a deal and not rybak as has been sugested . not to sure where you are going with the edwin coe advising jd thing but you seem to be the only one thats bringing it up ?
