It is true, Edwin Coe advised JD on Thursday, the writ info was not passed onto DB for one reason or another. Might have been ligitemate, eitherway you think they would have pulled out all the stops out considering he was hosting an AGM the very next morning.

Fatnacker - your point about not accepting an offer when made and being responsible for further costs depending on the outcome is part true, although it all depends where the first offer is pitched and whether this is determined to be reasonable in view of the circumstances. I suppose it also depends on the value of the claim to the level of assets held so lets hope LGB secure as close to the frozen level as possible.
