I agree with you 100%.The RA will have to sue LGB to recover any funds and how much they recover will depend on the Judge.It is logical to assume that the Judge will take all factors into account including how much the SOA shareholders are receiving.I can't see them getting less and of course there is a possibility they may get more but most RA members on the BB seem to think that they will automatically get 100% of their claim which is clearly wrong.It all depends on the Judge.I should also add that this applies equally to the SOA claim against Rybak et al- we want all the frozen funds but the Judge may side will Rybak on any issues that are not 100% clear.I wish I could go to sleep for the next 10 months but when you get to my age you value every day.
