Fatnacker, I've been thinking about your post from earlier;
(anom)....so as you have acused db of throwing his toys out of the pram and for everyone here including the members of the ra please give us a logical and honest reason for trying recall the meeting other than causing trouble for db and ultimatley costing the company money that it cant afford to spend ?
If you look carefully at the posts from the RA members over the last few days you will see a few references to the possibility that DB will settle with them out of court. I think this is probably their best (if not only chance) of getting any money. Of course DB will look at the likelihood of their case succeeding in making a decision over whether to settle.
However the other thing that might influence his decision is how much of a pain the backside the RA members (or more precisely Nigel) are making themselves. The more difficulties Nigel puts in DB's way the more likely he is to think, "what the hell lets settle their case and be done with them". I think Nigel has probably been working towards that end ever since he first fell out with DB.
And therein lies an answer to your question of what would be the point of trying to recall the meeting, for no other reason (for there is no other) than to annoy DB.
If this is their strategy, I think The RA members absolutely have the right man for the job in Nigel. I cant think of anyone better equipped to lead a campaign aimed at annoying the opposition to the point that they cant wait to get rid of you
