Some people might have thought it polite to have informed the company of the action before going to the Courts and the press. It is not as if the Company could stop it. I don't think those in the SOA have ever said they disagreed with the right of others to join the RA. We have made our choices now so there is no point in banging on about it.
DB Consultants will be paid to do the Job they have been engaged for & since they have a track record & some standing in the business community I think they are best placed to do that. With some luck we shall get some return and they will get their agreed settlement for the work they have done.
I believe our best tack is for the RA folk to allow the company to get on with the job in hand and once a recovery is made to make their case to the court.
If the court decides they should get a bigger or quicker return than me in the SOA then I'll live with that, they made a choice and so did I.
